💍 Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry beautiful for longer, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately in a dry place when not in use.

Can I wear the jewelry every day?

Many of our pieces are designed for everyday styling. However, delicate jewelry should still be handled with care and removed before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.

Are your pieces waterproof?

We recommend keeping your jewelry away from water to preserve its shine, finish, and delicate details.

How should I store pearl or natural stone jewelry?

Pearls and natural stones are naturally delicate. Please store them separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and sharp objects.

📏 Sizing

How do I know my ring size?

You can measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well and compare it with a ring size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size for comfort.

Are the earrings heavy?

Most of our earrings are selected with comfort in mind. For statement pieces, please check the product description for details about size and weight when available.

🚚 Shipping

Where do you ship?

Miss M·Shu Studio is based in Austria and ships to customers across Europe. Free shipping on orders over €100.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Europe typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Europe. We are working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned!

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at missmshu@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to help you.

How do I start a return?

Email us at missmshu@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact us immediately.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible at missmshu@gmail.com. We will try to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.
